  • Production & shipping

    LED outfit, dress, costume or other accessories are made and shipped from Seoul, South Korea with EMS, UPS, FedEx or other express shipping service with tracking number provided.
    It will take up to 2 business days to check and confirm all the measures.
    6-10 business days for the product to be produced and transferred to the warehouse if the body measurements are confirmed by our tailor (Production time can be different, depending on the difficulty of the costume design and technical requirements. Please, make sure to check the exact production time at your invoice or product lot page before the payment!
    Up to 7 business days for delivery. Free shipping to all locations. Address must be confirmed.
    Please note, that the package can be delayed at customs of your country.

  • Returns Policy

    All sales are final - no return and no refund. All costumes are double checked for proper functionality and quality. First check is performed at the production factory and then it is checked at warehouse before shipping. All costumes sold are brand new and have no defects unless otherwise mentioned. We do not accept returns\refunds unless item is damaged during shipment. We must be notified about your damaged item within 48 hours from your delivery date or your return request will be refused. If your item arrives damaged or defective please notify us within 48 hours of your delivery date and send photos and videos of the damage with the date stamp on it. You will then be e-mailed instructions on how to go about helping us file an insurance claim on your end. Please save original box and all packing materials. Defective goods should be sent back to our NY or Seoul office if requested by our customer support service. If you start to use defective goods, make additional damage during self-repair or fail to follow our instructions on how to file an insurance claim your refund/return request will be refused and warranty cancelled. Please follow all instructions given. Customer is responsible for return shipment during all warranty cases.

  • All the transactions are final. No return \ refund are excepted. No order changes can be made if the invoice was issued and confirmed by both parties. Client agrees with our company returns policy by purchasing the goods on the wesbite or making funds transactions to our accounts in accordance with the issued invoice.

  • Ordering & Measurements

    Before buying the product please send us a message with your email to provide you with body measurements table to fulfill. These parameters will be used to produce your LED outfit. You are fully responsible for provided measurements. Correct and full body measurements are very important (the tailor will not start making your outfit until we receive your full and precise measurements or any other information which is required for production). All measurements must be NET size (in centimeters), please let the tapeline close your body. The tailor will leave enough space to comfort you.

  • Payment

    Paypal, Debit or Credit Card through Paypal, Bank Wire transfer, Western Union.
    All information for costume production will be sent to our designers only after the payment is cleared.
