Measurements. After placing an order and making a payment please contact us regarding the size of LED clothing you have purchased. You can order fixed S, M, L, XL size or any custom size according to our body measurements table. It is your responsibility to provide accurate measurements as all products are tailored and made to order. Please allow for a snug fit (a generous allowance for movement will be made during manufacturing).

Production time and shipping. All costumes are made and shipped from our headquarter office in Seoul, South Korea; Brooklyn, USA or EU warehouse by tracked express post (EMS) or other expedited express shipping courier (UPS, DHL, FedEx). Please allow –
Free shipping WORLDWIDE. Import duties, taxes and any additional charges at the customs are not included in the item price and are buyer’s responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office to find out the full cost before placing an order. These charges will typically be collected by the delivery company/at the customs and are not the same as shipping charges.
Return policy. All of our products are checked twice for functionality and quality prior to dispatch. First check is performed at our LED Clothing Studio, followed by an additional check at the warehouse prior to dispatch. All costumes are sold brand new and have no defects unless stated otherwise. We do not accept returns unless the items have been damaged during the shipment. If your order has been damaged during the delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Every claim must be accompanied by photos of the product and description of the damage. You will then receive instructions by email how to file an insurance claim. If you fail to follow the instructions, your request for a refund will be refused. No return/refund will be provided if you supply incorrect measurements.
